Privacy policy

Who we are

MCD Travel is a private transfer and excursion service based in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. For any privacy question write to reservations@mcdtravel.com.

What we collect and why

When you book we ask for your name, email, phone or WhatsApp, hotel or address, flight number and any notes you add. We use them only to organise your service, contact you about it and send you your confirmation.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.

Who we share it with

Only with the people who make your trip happen: your driver and, for excursions, the tour operator. We never sell your data.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to know which ads bring us customers and to improve the website. They use cookies only if you accept them; in Europe and the United Kingdom nothing is measured until you do.

When you book or pay, Google may receive an encrypted version of your email and phone to match the booking with the ad you clicked. You can change your choice at any time with the button below.

How long we keep it and your rights

We keep booking details for as long as accounting and tax rules require. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data by writing to reservations@mcdtravel.com.
